Prior to any service being provided a Contract for Service between Award Winning Military Chef & any Client must be signed. NO EXCEPTIONS Upon signing of Contract for Services a Certificate of Insurance, Bond Certificate will be created showing the client is covered by both Insurance & bond for the life of the Contract. Also a Copy of Proper Licensing will be provided to the Client.
